We ship to delivery addresses throughout the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as APO/FPO addresses with U.S. postal codes. Some restrictions may apply to items shipping to APO/FPO addresses. Please contact CustomerService@SabiPets.com if you have any questions about items you wish to ship to an APO/FPO address. Sorry, but we are unable to ship to international destinations at this time.
If your total order value is over $49, shipping is free.
Flat-Rate Shipping for $4.95
For orders totaling $49 or less, shipping is a flat rate of only $4.95.
You may choose to pay for an expedited shipping option. The associated charges for expedited shipping choices will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
- For delivery addresses in the continental U.S., you can expect to receive your order within 2–8 business days.
- Delivery to APO/FPO addresses may be longer and is dependent on the location. Please contact CustomerService@SabiPets.com if you have questions or concerns about delivery to your APO/FPO address.
- Large orders, oversized items, or items that ship directly from the manufacturer may require sending your order to you in separate shipments.
The following circumstances may impact expected shipping or delivery schedules:
- Incorrect shipping address
- Payment problem or delay
- Shipping address does not match billing address
- Canceling items, combining orders or changing your shipping address
- Shipping carrier delays or inability to deliver (e.g. severe weather conditions)
- Items that ship directly from the manufacturer may take a few days longer. These items are clearly identified in the product description details.
- Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses may take longer.
Hours of Operation
- Processing orders in a timely manner is a priority at Sabi Pets. We strive to process and ship orders within 24 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders received after 6:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) will be processed the next business morning.
- Overnight and 2nd-Day orders placed after 2:00pm EST are considered placed on the following business day.
- When your order ships, you will receive an email with shipping and tracking information. You can use your tracking number on the carrier's website to trace your order.
- We do not require a signature for deliveries. If you are not home when your package arrives, it is solely up to your delivery person’s discretion whether or not to leave the package without a signature.
- If your order is damaged or missing, please contact us at +1 866 SABIPET (+1 866 722 4738) or CustomerService@SabiPets.com within 72 hours of receiving your order so that we may replace your item(s).
- Erroneous shipments from Sabi Pets and defective or damaged merchandise will be refunded with no additional costs or shipping fees. We may ask you to provide photographic proof of damage.

- Sabi Pets accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal as payment, using a secure connection through an authorized gateway.
- We do not store your credit card numbers on our site.
- We do not accept cash or checks.
- For your security, all orders are subject to verification and may be delayed if we are unable to confirm important details.
